    Privacy Policy

    Last updated: May 29, 2026

    1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account, such as your name, email address and exam preferences. We also collect usage data such as quiz attempts, mock test results, test series progress and Pro subscription purchases to provide and improve the service.

    2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to provide and improve the SCHOLAREUM service, including personalizing your learning experience, managing your Pro subscription, and generating AI-powered quizzes, mock tests and test series. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

    3. Third-Party Services

SCHOLAREUM relies on third-party providers for authentication (including Google sign-in), payment processing (Razorpay) and analytics. These providers process limited information necessary to deliver their service in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies. SCHOLAREUM does not control data collected directly by these providers.

    4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

    5. AI-Generated Content

SCHOLAREUM uses artificial intelligence to generate quizzes, mock tests, test series questions and insights for Indian competitive and government exams. This AI-generated content is for educational purposes only and may not always be perfectly accurate. We do not store or share the underlying AI processing data with third parties beyond what is required to generate the content.

    6. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and keep you signed in. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous usage data — such as which pages are visited, how long sessions last, and which features are most used — so we can improve Scholareum.

We implement Google Consent Mode v2: analytics cookies are denied by default and are only loaded after you click Accept on our cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected.

You can change your choice at any time by clicking the link in the site footer (or here). The banner will reappear so you can accept or decline analytics cookies. Your choice is stored locally in your browser; clearing your browser data will reset it and the banner will appear again on your next visit.

    7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your profile settings. You may also request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account entirely by contacting us at dev@scholareum.com.

    8. Children's Privacy

SCHOLAREUM is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

    9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
