It provides AI-generated quizzes, mock tests, test series, insights, college predictors and curated book recommendations. Users can access daily, weekly and monthly quizzes and one free AI-generated mock test for free, and upgrade to a Pro subscription for unlimited mock tests, unlimited test series unlocks and detailed performance analytics.

3. Third-Party Content Disclaimer

Exam names, conducting bodies, college names, book titles and other third-party trademarks referenced on SCHOLAREUM belong to their respective owners. SCHOLAREUM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any examination authority, university, publisher or other organisation unless explicitly stated. AI-generated quizzes, mock tests and insights are independently produced for educational purposes only.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are one-time purchases that grant access for the chosen duration (1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or 1 year). Pro subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify pricing and Pro benefits at any time.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the platform to upload or share harmful, offensive, or illegal content. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data. Automated scraping or data collection without permission is prohibited. Reselling, redistributing or republishing AI-generated quizzes, mock tests or other Pro content is not permitted.

7. Content Removal Requests

If you are a content owner and wish to request removal or modification of your content from SCHOLAREUM, please contact us at dev@scholareum.com. We will review and respond to valid requests promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

SCHOLAREUM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, interruption of service, or accuracy of AI-generated educational content. Users should verify important information independently.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
